For their January issue the VOGUE gave me „carte blanche“, the freedom to do whatever I want. This marked the start of an experiment that I ventured together with authors Annika Reich, Monika Rinck and 36 other women - women of different origins, from different backgrounds and at different ages, yet they have one thing in common: Their thinking and acting starts out from the future. This experiment showed us how beautiful, powerful and tangible connectedness between women can be. On three consecutive days we joined each other in finding images depicting forms of community, in which all those present belong to it and in which none are alike but everybody is equal.
This VOGUE is an invitation to everyone to empathize with this kind of solidarity.
